Shipping Policy

Please allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren’t perfect, but we will make every effort to get your order out as soon as possible.

Due to current supply chain issues across the nation, these times may be extended, but we will reach out if there is a delay on your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free ground shipping to the 48 continental United States. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from a distributor, you’ll get it faster than if you live in several states away. The USPS site quotes but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping, but this is something we are looking forward to adding in the future. If you are an international customer, please reach out to us at to see how we can accommodate your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Due to the nature of the product that we ship, we will only offer shipping to P.O. boxes if they are small-pack. Large orders will be cancelled if the shipping address is sent to a P.O. box.
